  • Color Guard - Junior High, High School & College Student Training

    • Time: 9:00AM - 4:00PM

    • Check in begins at 8:45AM

    • Bring your own equipment & water

    • Lunch 12:00PM - 12:50PM (provided)

    • Show & Tell Performance at 3:40PM - ALL ARE WELCOME!

  • ALL - Judges Training

    • Time: 9:00AM - 4:00 PM

    • Check in begins at 8:45AM

    • Instructors & staff welcome

    • Color Guard Judge Clinician - Phil Madden & Liza Noriega

    • Percussion/Wind Judge Clinicians - Wayne Dillon (Winds) & Terry Sanders (Percussion)

    • LAST CHANCE TO EARN AN ADDITIONAL BADGE FOR YOUR UNIT

  • Event Host Meeting

    • Time: 11:00AM - 12:00PM

    • Required for all Event Hosts

  • Contest Staff Training

    • Time: 1:00PM - 2:00PM

    • Sound Engineer & Announcer
