Anything in parentheses will not be announced, so please provide pronunciation help for show titles or director names that our announcer may have trouble with.

Video Recordings

There is to be no video recording of any WGAZ performance. No video cameras will be allowed in any contest venue and no authorized space will be provided for groups to record their performance.

Any liability associated with unauthorized recordings will rest with the individual or organization making the recording. WGAZ does not condone, nor accept any liability for, any unauthorized recordings.

No video passes will be issued.

Ticket Information

Ticket Prices/Info:

  • One Day Ticket - $25.00
  • 5 and under free

WGAZ recommends that spectators arrive at least 30 minute before your units performance.

Parking:

Packard and Stadium Structures will be available Friday and Saturday. Friday is a working business day on the university campus and parking structure fees will apply. $3.00 an hour or $15.00 per day. WGAZ encourages you to carpool as this is an ASU fee and does not benefit the circuit or a host school/booster group.

365community events will be taking place both nights so please allow enough time prior to your student's performance time.

Clear Bag Policy:

ASU will be enforcing the clear bag policy, but be prepared to have your bags checked. No outside food or drink allowed.
